My I cant situation that I am trying to turn into a I can solution is eating and having a healthier lifestyle. I am not trying to lose any weight or such, I just want to start consuming better options for me such as fruits and vegetables instead of going right to the French fries and burgers. Feeling better, about myself and having more energy compared to feeling sluggish and tired always. This plan only works if I stick with it. It needs a support system which would involve my friends helping me out in this assignment. Either they can help me by forcing me to the salad bar and fruit water dispenser or we can all just walk to the back of Decary and get fries and chicken pot pie and our way out we can all grab ice cream and throw a cookie on top it and go home. My whole plan is all about diet instead of exercising solely or a combination of the two
- Have water and fruit flavored instead of having soda and other sugary drinks
- At least half my plate if not the whole plate will be covered in salad.
- No Decary dessert table or ice cream, only on Sundays
